About the Project
We were called out immediatly after a sprinkler pipe had frozen and burst on the fourth floor of building 1. We worked with the Nashville Fire department, alarm company and fire sprinkler company to get the water turned off and pipe repaired immediatly. However, water had already spread throughout the entire building causing exstensive damage to four units and the common halls and minor damage to the remaining units.
Echo that same day was extracting water and had drying equipment on site saving throusands of dollars of repairs costs.
Due to the extent of damage and amount of units involved the insurance company retained the services of a building consultant. We then met with the building consultant, walked the property and reached an agreed scope of repairs. We also met with each individual home owner and thier adjuster to secure personal property that either needed cleaned or replaced.
Once the scope was agreed with the insurance company, Echo held meetings with the entire building to provide a status of repairs and answer questions regarding the process.
We then again met with each individual homeowner regarding the details of the repairs approved and work with them separately regarding any upgrades that they would like to be made.
